I'm going to be devoting most of my weekend time and daily free time to learning/reading as long as it will not have negative results. I dont like doing multiple projects so just want to focus on PR till I get proficient at it.

None that I am aware of, beyond your arm might get worn out from flipping pages.

As always, drink plenty of fresh water, and share all your results with us!

IMO-that is horrible.
But hey, whatever works.

PR isn't the lost brother that you now found... he is there, just that you didn't bother to look before...

NEVER try to understand for 100%. Unless you really like the book or feel like you can, but don't stress it.

I'd say the 10 hours a day thing is a disadvantage. After all, that's 10 hours a day. But yeah, what Dana said.

Remember to give yourself frequent breaks no less than 10 minutes for every 90 minute work.

Also if you notice your frustration level going up and results going down its definately time for a longer break

10 hours a day??!?!??!

If you actually do practice 10 hours a day... your dream intensity is going to be well "intense"

10 hours is TOO much... unless you happen to be at the Library of Congress or the LA Central Library.

For your conscious mind and interpretation - yeah, sure, 10 hours is too much. The truth about the dream instensity, and how much mind chatter is going to be going on from the subconscious reception of those 10 hours though, is far less than the subconscious can handle.

you sound like a very devoted individual

however

there's a reason you take a 5-10 minute break to change rooms after every 45-55 minute class in school.

if you want to learn so much, stop sleeping hours each day. adjust to a polyphasic sleep cycle and you will have much more time for projects like knowledge.
