I took a walk in a park with Benjamin Franklin, seriously. Read his Autobiography along with William Penn and John Woolman.

the 2nd time around while book is upside down I heard and Saw Benjamin Franklin asking me to fly the kite...

Distracting thoughts? or what? What exactly is a distracting thought?

I would say that you should just notice those images or thoughts, whatever they may be...they are probably relevant in one way or the other.

Distraction, I would say, would be thinking, like, "After I'm done, I can go mow the lawn," or whatever.
