I have read the book PR Whole Mind system. I will try to follow the steps inside. Do I still need to purchase the self study course if I want to learn PR successfully??

The self study course guides you through the process step by step and gives you some exercises that help you along the way.

You can learn from the book alone all the information is there. You just need to try it and see what happens. How fast you can learn with the book alone will depend on how much you try it.
