Hi, have not posted in this forum in ages. I'm wondering how to power sleep? I done it a few times where I just lay my head down for about 15 minutes and I'm up and rested so well that it beats REM sleep by far. I need to decrease my sleep because my schedule is too hecktic. Is it possible to go about 1-4 weeks w/o any Sleep? I think I can do it. How do you effieiently power sleep?

You could go that long w/o sleep...

...

if you have lots of crack on hand.
LOL

Sorry, I had to. Couldn't resist.

Seriously, if you find a way to do this by all means share with the class.

Never mind, I will do the PolyPhasic sleep schedule instead. That should prove to be sufficient. Hope I can ajust to this after about 7 days, I can't afford to do the longer naps to start out. I don't have the time as it is.....
