I've just finished photoreadin a book of 800 pages. However it was really difficult and I had to break it up in stages.I simply lose my relaxed gaze when I have to turn the page.I just find this really frustrating as I'm good at the blip page but turning the pages seems to make me lose the correct state.
I had to break the photoreading stage into stages because I find it hard to keep the relazed gaze while turning pages for longer than 100 pages.

What do you think I should do?
I have the book on CD, in fact all the books I need to read for my course are on CD.I have tried photoreading an e-book before and I found it easier because I only had to press the mouse button.
Do you think this is OK because I'm not sure if I should be breaking the photoreading steps up like I am doing. If I photoread an e-book I'm sure I can do 800 pages in one go.
Please help because it's frustrating.
Thanks!

By all means use the CD's that came with the books. If PRing is easier on the computer, do it. The CDs have the same information as in the text and sometimes, extra helps. Yes, PR the CDs.

By breaking up, I assume you mean by topics or chapters, either way it can't hurt. In fact, when you PR a multi-topic book, you are supposed to treat each chapter as a book.
Good Luck in your class,

Do you mean e-text CD, or audio CD?

Do what works best for you. Don't give the photoreading system rules it doesn't have. If you haven't got the knack yet of holding the blip page and find photoreading on the computer easier then uses the e-book version.

If you want to maintain consistancy open 5 or more of the chapters and photoread them in one sitting. Nothing wrong with photoreading the whole lot one after the other. Think of it like handling multiple web pages. Works just as well.
