I have read where people have use light and sound machines with paraliminals and got good results. Has anyone ever tried to listen to PLCs (PR, NB, MO, etc.) through light and sounds machines?
Not much point until you've worked through them the first time actually doing the activites suggested. The L&S device works nicely with the paraliminals included in the PLCs. I am wary of listening to a speaker at a deeper level of mind on other tapes. Some of them inadvertantly have negative phrases that can adversely become a hypnotic suggestion that has a negative impact on you. So be sure to check the nature of the talk before you let yourself take it in by bypassing your conscious censor.
