has anyone tried image streaming?? Ive been curious about it and Im wondering if anybody knows anythig about it or has had any suces with it.I know it involves picturng things in your head and saying them outloud, i think that it's kinda like some nlp excercises but im curious if anyone has anything to say about it.

It exercises your internal visual, hearing and feeling senses. You start noticing the messages of your mind better. Yes image streaming helps with photoreading and makes the activation easier because you get into the habit of noticing your internal cues. It can also be used deliberately to trigger answers from books. The image streamer must remember that in most cases the images streams are metaphors to what is written. (The minds interpretation of the text)
