I am putting together a list of affirmations to further improve my Photoreading. I know that there are a lot of users on the forums that use affirmations to achieve better results. If you could post them it would be greatly appreciated.

I like playing with these:
"I do not need the ability of affirmations to excel above and beyond any of my preconcieved expectations."

And:
"I am getting everything I need and want out of this material."

Simple affirmations are the most effective. For example youngprer's first example, in my opinion, is a "no-no".

Also, avoid using the word "no" or any of it's similar friends like "never", etc. The reason for this is:

"I am not a idiot" -> Subconscious seems to refer to this as "I am a idiot".

Cheers.
