While PhotoReading you only want a soft focus. If you're having trouble refocusing afterwards check that you might be crossing your eyes, remember to relax you are using divergent gaze like parallel viewing.

Feeling tired afterwards would not be unusual. Have a drink of water get up stretch walk around for a bit. You might be surprised how awake you feel 10 to 20 minutes later. It's pretty normal and can happen from time to time.

Well i might cross my eyes a little ...i think it is hard to notice, the only thing i think about if im crossing...is when the text floats over the blip page a little bit..
but i thought that was normal..

You definately don't want to cross your eyes. If that is the only way you can see the blip page then for now don't worry about the blip page.

Relax and use the imaginary X technique. After a while the blip page will come naturally. Also for training you can look at stereograms. In the beginning I printed out 12 (in black and white even though they were in colour) and looked at them 3 or 4 times a day for 3 days. From then I was quickly able to get and hold the divergent gaze for photoreading.

I just tested if im crossing my eyes and im not..
i focus on a spot behind the book maybe 1 meter of something..so i think im doing it the "right" way. But maybe i wont read as many books at the same time when im not used to this technique..
