I've been trying photoreading on and off for quite a time with no results, but admittedly using little effort to do so. I am once more committing myself to this endeavour but unlike previous attempts I am going to try a more systematic approach, as preferred to my scattered half-hearted attempts.

So as you may have already guessed from the subject title I am interested in testing my own level of comprehension. To know whether or not I have succeeded in photoreading and activating the material I need to know how to test myself, empirically or otherwise. I am not referring to any material in particular mind you so any suggestion on type of reading material useful here would be appreciated.

I love to do this!

I get a book i am interested in (this is important) prepare, preview, photoread, let the information settle for at least 20 min, grab a friend helps (one thats a good listerner) and start talking about the book, GO FOR A WALK WHY YOU ARE DOING THIS first try for an overview, feel free to take tangents as often as you like, play with it. You will here yourself saying some cool stuff, you will think you are cleaver, until later you read what you thought was one of your deepest profound thoughts. HEHE its funny.

Play around with the material you read.

Good luck

Oh and P.S. there is neurological evidence to show that motor maps and cognitive maps are intricatly linked. (thats why its important for you to walk)

VERY interesting, Dovio! Thanks for this wonderful tip! I have previously tried to talk about a book after PhotoReading it, but I came up with nothing interesting, userful, or obviously subliminal :-/. Maybe the walking while talking is the key?

Thanks for the advice. I'll be sure to give it a try in later today and if I'm successful I'll be sure to mention it.
