Does any body have information on this coarse and how does it compare to Photo reading?

It looks like PhotoReading to me. The home study course has the same elements than the PRWMS.

They probably suppose that the content should be able to sell itself, and that a flashy website is unnecessary.

In any case, I'm a particular fan of their public service announcement, which can be found here (http://www.subdyn.com/photored.html). I guess they'd rather badmouth the competition than either market their product better or come out with something more effective.

well i think subdyn is older program than photoreading . it is like the co-founder of nlp and tony robbins.paul scheele did not invent the wheele but let it more suitable .
