It depends on which step of the system to which you are refering. In the PhotoReading step, you spend 1 second per page. This means you are turning the page once every 2 seconds. Now you can double this rate if you like, I wouldn't recommend slowing it very much. The best page turning rate to use, is the one you are the most comfortable and relaxed at (P.S. 10 minutes not allowed ).

For the Super Reading about 3 or 4 seconds a page. During the Dipping add about 15 seonds per dip. If you are taking longer than this then you are lapsing towards traditional reading. Especially the Dipping people.

AlexK will correct me on my times, won't you AlexK , but these are the timings I use.

You are perfection.

PhotoReading stage 1 sec per page which is turning a page every two seconds. This is the slowest pace and many find it two slow so if you can turn a page every second go for it. You'll be PhotoReading an average of 50,000 words per minute instead of 25,000 wpm.

For activation 4 to 10 seconds per page superreading. When you dip this will add to the time so during activation you be doing 4 to 30 seconds per page using superreading and dipping.

If you use skittering you can expect to average 10 to 20 seconds per page. For Academic books skittering is often a must because of the long paragraphs and othen lack of order.

If you did not get an answer you better ask the question differently because we both answered the question you asked.

Activation Stage you need to spend about 20 per activation layer and take a break. Repeat as often as necessary till you get the book to gel.

To get the book to gel fully for you as a beginner you can expect to need 1/3 the time it take you to traditionally read the book. So if the book would normally take you 9 hours to tradionally read you need to expect to spend about 3 hours in activation.

Articles depend on length and what you need from them 90 (3pages) seconds to 7 minutes 10 page articles on A4 paper. These are appoximate it depends on what you want from the article might take longer for some subjects and less for others.
