I have read your book over and was wondering how to define purpose ,
it says you define it in the simplest terms and like you tell a child /also clarity is essential to know what you are going to do /i mean the spesific of a task
some doubts of early activation you just tr to read waht interests you and then read around it is that how it is and activation is also for days like i read alittle today and tomorrow i follow it up
eager to learn

Your purpose for reading is determined by what you want to do with the information in the book.

How are you going to use it?
What do you expect to be able to do once you consciously know the information.

Activating through interest is fine however it leads to passive reading if you lack a purpose.
