I'm currently on the 2nd CD and feel that I am having difficulty with super reading and dipping. I find my eyes skipping lines as I super read and I feel like I have to force myself away from continuing to read a bit as I dip - not in the sense of just continuing to read the rest of the article, but just to get some information before continuing on. I also don't feel like I am focusing on each line enough and feel like I have to rush due to the time limit Paul places and it is making me feel stressed.

I would appreciate any tips and help you can provide. Thanks!

Use a piece of card about the size of a business card and push from the top down. So what you've alread seen becomes covered by the card as you go down the page.

You are not tryting to read only notice what you see at this pace. You'll pick up a word here and there. These become cues for dipping later.

If you feel rushed take a book. Open it anywhere, turn it upside down and practice doe 20 seconds on ten pages. Stop for a breather turn the book right side up and do it again for 40 seconds and for 20 pages. Now when you do superreading and dipping at about 15 seconds per page you've slowed down considerably.

On top of all that. You're only up to disk 2, Go easy on yourself. If doesn't always feel comfortable but it becomes something you get the hang of.
