Hi,
Here's an idea that might sound interesting to you spiritual/religious types(of which I am one).
Since most have been part of their chosen path for years, maybe even since childhood, many of us would have a strong sense of the qualities possessed by the representitive of our particular faith such as Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, etc...
Why not identify with one of them for a new behavior. For example a christian could use Christ for love or forgiveness or love, a Buddhist could identify with the Buddha for a sense of enlightenment or inner peace.
The possibliities are limitless.
For those like myself who are of no particular faith, well we can choose from amongst the savior figures with which we are most familiar or even our own higher selves or our future self.
I'll be attempting this in the next couple days using my Nova Pro to take me into sustained theta for the maximum in deep trance identification. 
Just an idea. Maybe it will work for you.
