He leido el libro varias veces e intenté aplicar el metodo en varias ocaciones. Lo que me resulta en estos momentos imposible es la activación(manual y espontanea) ya que a la hora de activar lo que he fotoleido no me viene nada a la mente; cual puede ser mi problema??, que me aconsejan??.

Don't expect spontaneous activation if you have not experienced manual activation.

Do it in layers, build it up. The first one or two activations on the book don't give you much.

Do activation in blocks of time 20 to 30-minutes each. Then see how you've done after 4 to six activation. You will find the book comes together at this point.
