What is your way? I mean...have you read only the book, have you done the tape-course or have you partecipated to a live course?

I'm a chinese,I study photoread through book only.
I Just follow the step as the book,and recall my dream every day I get up.I have used it 3 months.

Can you please explain to me what method do you use to recall your dreams?

How to Recall dream?Just reacall it.the more you recalled,the more you get.The practice can unlock you right brain gradually.Recall it,and write down what it is.
In China,there is only book for me to study.But I think it's enough.I just do what the book ask me to do.If I have some problem.I will check the book,or come the here ask for help.
In the first month,it seemed don't work.I was a little sad.But someday it comes.That day I activated a book,and I'm surprise that the feeling when I reading is very different than before.I feel that when I activated,I was reacall my memory.The more I use ,the more I noticed!
It really work.I think it is better than speedreading.With speedreading you are unable to take a professional reading.But with photoerading,it's a fast and effective process

It looks like the process outlined on pp. 105-106 of the third edition of PhotoReading by Paul Scheele. I haven't been doing this yet. Perhaps I will give it a try. Activities that increase OTC-conscious mind cooperation should be helpful.

wtf? i read the chinese ver. of the PR bk too(i am fr HK), but can't rili get a grip for PR after half a year?! how di u manage to learn it with only the bk? thats amazing! How long did it took u?

I have studied it for 4 months.I was always interested in reading the book that do help to my study.
Many people failed in photoreading because they have not enought confidence.I think you can read some books about the power of brain.And some books on NLP.These basal knowledge can really improve you skill and thinking.
