i know i shouldn't be asking being as the class just finished two days ago, but, when im starting the activation process and im reading a book that has chapter headings, headings, and subheadings, cant those be my trigger words (there are about 110 in a 250 page book, and if i can does highligting them make a difference over writing them out on a seperate sheet of paper?, and for books that don't have as many topical headings, does highligting them workout as good as writing them out?

if you see this post please don't simply pass it by, post what your method is and i'll try it (at least so i can photoread ONE book by myself with out the photoreading instructor watching over my back)(not that emilio isn't a great guy (he's the best) )
thanks!

Limit your trigger words to the 20 to 25 that you can get in a 8 minute postview or preview.

Any word in the book that carries meaning is a good trigger word.

Write them down it causes you to use more of your mind than passivly highlighting them, It's faster finding them again when you pose your mind probing questions because they are all on one page.

does a trigger word even have to be a word in the book or can it be a concept like clinical implications, or relations...

From the book. Your questions can be to find out concepts or relations.
