As far as I know, there's a preview and also a review in the process of PR. In the book, it suggested to use the "review technique" when regarding to books on learning new techniques or a whole new concept. Here comes my quesion. After I photoread the book, should I take the break first or should I do the review step first then take the break? (This is under the circumstances that I did not do any preview)
Thanx

If you only do a 60 second preview you will have a postview of about 8 to 12 minutes. During that time pull trigger words and note any questions that come up.

It follow the PhotoReading step before you close your eyes to do the closing affirmations.

Do remember to close your eyes to make the closing affirmation after the postview.

HM.. I just wonder, what if you close eyes and affirmate before postview and then go with it?
