some unanswered questions, can you guys help?
1. How do you safely get the pariliminals to the computer in digital for?
2. What do i need to combine/edit the pariliminals together.
3. How to effectively use binural beats, how to add the binural beats to the pariliminals and what i need to do this.
4.any tips for pariliminal tapes to help make them more effective

4) Making paraliminals more effective ..

Vary your usage times. So many of us do rut usage, we'll do them the same time everyday. For example, I always use them at night before I sleep. I've heard it mentioned that there are some times when it just works better. Try varying times, see if morning works better than evening, etc...

If you record the tapes to your computer to burn to cd or just play with various sound machines, make sure you record both channels left and right seperatly. A lot of people just record into their computer using the microphone jack, this jack is only mono NOT stereo. You will need to record using the line in or record left and right seperatly using the mic jack or you will notice that you hear the same thing from both speakers or headphones..

It's easy to do using jacks and cords from any radio shack but do a test and listen to it back to make sure left and right are recorded correctly instead of just one channel..
