At what time of the day is the brain most capable of absorving new information?

What is the ideal time?

Morning: Brain is rested and ready for the day

Night: (before bedtime): Brain absorbs info, so it gets processed during sleep.

Thx

Absorbing new information is what the brain does 24/7.

For studying whether your best time is morning or afternoon depends on your body. Everyone has their own block of time when they are most ready to study.
