When I am using the tangarine technique am I viewing myself reading from the perspective of the tangarine or am I supposed to be imagining a tangarine on my head?

Thanks for the clarification.

Also, I have the MCAT's comming up...any suggestions on how to approach studying for it?

You are to imagine a tangerine placed at the back top of your head.

Multiple activations for the studying with 5 minute breaks every 20 minutes and 15 minute breaks every 90 minutes.

Also better to have some incubation time. Better to study for shorter periods of time with many breaks than trying to do a marathon studying session.

Your tangerine allows you to open your filed of vision because you have your attention to the back of yourhead.

Thats how it works for me anyway.
