I will continue to alternate with these two meditation. However, I when I do the self-concentration meditation I will concentrate on myself. I will spend the none directed time to visualizing a totally healthy me and fully as I can, in all aspects of my life. I'll also work at making sure that this message, which I send to myself, is coming from a powerfully felt position of love.
That is to say that in the past I have kind of wandered during the quite time.
