Opening the third eye is part of SFQ, down the road a bit. Not to say that many people don't already have that ability, or partial ability. Practice Level I and II. Be aware of do's and don'ts in using sword fingers on the head. Good question!

I should add that you do breath energy into your third eye during the small universe. I also think alot of SFQ I and II stimulates that area progressively.

Hi Lomas-
My apologies. My post was'nt meant to peak your interest in "something coming down the road". peace3's post brought an exercise to mind, relating to the third eye, that had a coincidental similarity to their question involving the use of sword fingers to open the third eye. I am just a visitor to this forum, as you are. I do not create the cirriculum for future offerings. You should have your hands full engaging with Level II, along with retaining Level I. If you are doing this, all aspects of your healing and transformational pursuits are being addressed. Enjoy the ride. -g

You'll work on opening the Third Eye in Level 3. As you may have read elsewhere, we don't know what from the more advanced levels will be able to be presented in a self-study. More to come...

FOR SURE, THERE ARE A LOT OF NEAT AND INTERESTING THINGS IN SFQ. I FEEL DEVELOPING QIGONG ABILITIES TAKES TIME. I'VE BEEN TOLD TO BE WARY OF TEACHERS WHO ENCOURAGE INCREDIBLE DEVELOPMENT, SAY IN THE COURSE OF A WEEKEND WORKSHOP. MASTER LIN DOES PLACE A GOOD BIT OF IMPORTANCE ON THE SMALL UNIVERSE EXERCISE. YOU MAY WANT TO SENSE WHAT THE UPPER TAN TIEN AREA FEELS LIKE DURING THAT EXERCISE (AND OF COURSE AFTERWARDS TOO).
