The VantageQuest CD highly recommends the use of headphones that fully cover the ear. I've always used the Walkman type headphones. So, two questions:

1. Would these types also be more effective for Paraliminals?
2. Has anyone tried both and noticed a difference in the full ear version?

Thanks.

I've used both large and small headphones with my Holosync program. I must say the large headphones don't let me relax, maybe because they feel like a clamp on my head.

I have no problem with the smaller headphones. As long as they're not the tiny earplug headphones, you should be all right.

Yes, either type is fine to use with Paraliminals. As darkblood pointed out, if one pair is more comfortable, absolutely go with those.
