Yin/Yang Water?

I lost the audio tapes to my Spring Forest Level 1. I want to get the recipe for Yin/Yang Water but it's not in the book. Can anyone help me out here w/ a quick recipe?

Mix one part of boiling water with one part of regular water. You can add honey. You can make tea from it if you choose.
You can boil the water in a microwave, but it is better to boil it on the stove. You can use tap water, but spring water or well water is better. Do not add ice, and do not store it in the refrigerator.

(I really gotta find those audio tapes...)

It brings that yin/yang balance of energy into your body. If you have level II, try the virtual compass to locate your tapes!
