Last night I tried a subliminal that I've had buried in a drawer for years. It was an old Joe Land tape for "Getting into Exercise". While listening to the tape in my sleep, I had dreams about being in the gym lifting weights. All day today when I was doing other things, I felt like I should have been working out and was looking forward to doing so.

I thought this interesting since I've been unsuccessful at dreaming what I want to dream as suggested in another paraliminal.

Since having this experience I wanted to do some further research about subliminals, but found most of the research and feedback to be negative. I have only recently begun looking into self-improvement using paraliminals which subsequently led me to revisiting the subliminal tape.

I would really like to hear from the community about the efficacy of subliminals. Is the bad wrap deserved? If subliminals are indeed bogus, then I have to really question this experience. If not, then maybe subliminals combined with parliminals might be very effective since subliminals can be listened to while going about your normal routine.

What I've heard from people who have tried Subliminals is that you need to listen for about an hour every day for several weeks to see results. You can listen to a Paraliminal tape once a day for a week, or even one time and begin to see results. Since I've started using Paraliminals I've had vivid dreams and most customers say they remember their dreams clearly, and that they did not before using Paraliminals. Some even experience lucid dreaming after a time. That is not to say that Subliminal tapes do not work, but you have to spend more time listening to see results. Many people are concerned about the hidden messages in Subliminals, too. Changing the balance of your stereo, you can listen to one voice on a Paraliminal and then switch to the other side to hear the other voice. There is no message hidden from you, even though your conscious mind cannot follow both voices when you listen to the tape.

Amen to that, Brother. I've been doing paraliminals for a few months now, and my dreams have become incredibly vivid and memorable. I've had one lucid dream so far, which was awesome, and once I actually recall making a decision in a dream as to what I would do the next day, and upon awakening I started to think "Ok, today what should I...." and then realized I had already made my decision while dreaming, and that it made perfect sense.

Pretty cool.
