Hello everyone:

Over on the Centerpointe forum on ezboard.com there is a fellow who posted that Master Lin told him not to combine Holosync and SF Qigong. Anyone care to comment on this. I have been on HS since Feb. I just started Qigong. I don't want to give up either one. How about any Holosyncers out there? Does combining the two have any adverse effect?
Thank you.

By combining they mean 'at the same time'. Because SFQ is one type of medative practice and Holosync another some people think combine them and save time.

This isn't good since holosync is design for specific brain entrainment and qi gong needs you to be a little more flexible. Somes you go deeper into the emptiness than others because you have different healing you may want to focus on.

Anyway if you do Holosync it is wise to leave at least 30 minutes between the two. Same as with following qi gong with other physical exercises... leave a break.

Thanks Alex. I got a little carried away there.
I was already instinctively practicing them separately. I can't imagine doing them at the same time. I do believe I would end up in orbit somewhere.

Since I also do both SFQ and Holosync, what does Chunyi Lin say about doing both? I have never combined them since I only do SFQ about 3 times a week and Holosync every nite as I go to sleep. I've been on Holosync about 4-5 months and still have "overwhelm/anxiety" once in a while.
