My VCR is gone, and I really don't have the cash for a new one.

Is SFQ coming to DVD anytime soon?

Yes I would rather have the course on DVD. How about it?

Kaiden , isn't it cheaper to buy a VCR than to buy SFQ course on DVD? A VCR is about $50. SFQ is what, $245?

There'd probably be a higher chance of piracy with a DVD format...

Actually, that may be true for the tapes, but for the video tape that they've included, that's slightly easier to pirate than a DVD is. All you have to have is a simple video editing program, and then you can capture the whole thing and save it into a digital format.

The way DVD's are formatted can be a little bit more tricky. Besides, why have the tapes all on DVD when CD is cheaper?

I have a VCR but it has developed faults, and I am not willing to replace it for one product. A look around my local store and virtual all films are released on DVD, video is definetley on the decline. The same thing has happened to cassettes.
Surely the time is right to convert to CD/DVD.

If this is a vote, then I vote for the DVD version as well. I feel in time I will ware out the tape much sooner than I ever could on a DVD format.

Good luck Kaiden. If they offer a DVD version, you'll probably have to buy the whole set again.

Mayflower, I would doubt that Kaiden would have to rebuy the material. LSC is very good about that sort of thing. They keep records of everything you've bought. If they make the shift, then I could see them selling the DVD separately. It probably would be listed as a product, but calling and asking LSC has proven a good experience for me.

I wouldn't hold my breath about the DVD though. The CD products have only just started coming out, and are not available for all the products yet.

You are perfection,
