Hi, my mom was wondering if there was any natural remedy or technique that she could use, being not a Qigong practioner, to alleviate her stomache (i forget if stomache has a "e" at the end or not...
) acid.
It's bothering her and I'm leaving off to school very soon to leave her alone in Vancouver, so I was just wondering if anyone know of any type of solution. I've seen that the foot concurs with different parts of the body and that you can massage these areas to create different sorts of effects to reduce pain, stress, etc.
