Hi, my mom was wondering if there was any natural remedy or technique that she could use, being not a Qigong practioner, to alleviate her stomache (i forget if stomache has a "e" at the end or not... ) acid.

It's bothering her and I'm leaving off to school very soon to leave her alone in Vancouver, so I was just wondering if anyone know of any type of solution. I've seen that the foot concurs with different parts of the body and that you can massage these areas to create different sorts of effects to reduce pain, stress, etc.

Anyways, thanks for any replies.

My mum was plagued with that problem all her life funny thing is she found Psyllium husk solved the problem. It's a soluable fibre and acts as a laxative (it's in Metamucil). She buys the fibre in bulk rather than Metamucil. She was using that when she noticed the stomach problem disappeared.

You should see it soak up liquid Last time I saw her she sprinkled it on her salad. It goes soft as soon as it picks up moisture. Lot more natural than drugs and my mum prefers it.
