Just wanted to thank you for ALL of your posts. They are always informative, and I just love and appreciate the words of encouragement you offer, the helpful reminders you keep putting out there, and the information you share that always makes me stop and re-evaluate my own practice of SFQ. (I hope I haven't embarrassed you, I just wanted you to know.)

Also, thanks to everyone else for their questions and insights. I am not a frequent contributor to the discussions, but I absolutely love this forum. It gives me so much to think about.

I'd like to thank you too Gallen. I don't reply often either, but I read the posts almost every day and I always pick up a pointer or 10 from you. You are a sweet person always willing to assist people.

You are so very welcome. Thank you for the nice energy. I am not embarassed, just feeling a touch of that overwhelming happy/saddness of who we are, together as one. As Master Lin would say, go meditate when you feel that!
