Do you think the sleeping pillow will cause blockages in our spines while we sleep?

Uum, it seems I was not clear enough...

Anyway, Master Lin says that straight spine from the top of the head to the low torso prevents you from energy blockage. I have been wondering this in the sleeping posture. You know that about 2 inches of thick pillow is optimum according to the new articles I have read so far. However, I didn't think that would make our spine straight.

If we sleep for eight hours a day, that means it is likely that you may get blockage for eight hours, which turns out 1/3 of a day.

Therefore, should I sleep with a pillow or not? Please help me out.
Thanks for the posts.

Aloha klizark007,

I haven't heard Master Lin speak to this other than to not sleep on your stomach. Let do of taking the "Spine Straight" literally. There is a natural curve to your spine, and something that would support that structure would be useful. If you're looking for specifics on pillow height, fill, or texture you'll need to check elsewhere and it sounds like you have.

Sleep like a baby, immovable like and mountain and still like an ocean without waves...

Much Love, Shawn

Hi Shawn:

I know your little angel sleeps well but my two were night owls. Whoever coined the expression "sleep like a baby" never saw my kids!

And Hi Agent 007:

You've got a lot of good questions. Keep them coming.

Sweet Dreams,
Agent B

Aloha AgentB,

Sleep like a baby is a term Chunyi likes to use. It actually comes from a group of Buddhist references to rest.

I get your grin, have others who give the same comment. As you will attest though, there is nothing like a baby sleeping, except perhaps, an ocean without waves(my personal favorite).

Much Love, Shawn

Thank you for answering my questions Shawn. I have been sad not getting any responses for many days after I had posted this question.
Thanks to SFQ, I have positive attitude on my tasks these days.

To Agent B
Yeah, I am still beginner in SFQ although I am used to PR now. Thanks for encouraging me.
