The active exercises--especially the moving
of Yin and Yang, and also Breathing of the Universe---these 2 especially......cause my hands to tingle, then vibrate, and then grow with intensity (almost, but not quite a pain sensation)
. While I feel this is good, I'm not sure exactly how to understand it.

Is it energy that's intensifying and
therefore something to promote?
What specifically is the benefit
on the body?
Does it signify that my body is
healing or strengthening?

It feels good, whatever it is.

I'll pass on the advice I've recieved when asking this sort of question. Don't try and analyze it. Don't judge it. You don't know what is going on. Energy is moving, blockages may be moving, you are become more aware of your energy. You should experience it and not analyze it.

It may sound like a cop-out but I must say that things do go better when you just go with it. Be in the moment, be in the experience, not labelling, not judging, not analysing. Just do the exercises and I'll add review the 6 keys to successful SFQ.

BTW, it is good.

You are perfection.

I agree with Iam2. Everyone reacts a little different. The tingling hands is a good indication that the energy is flowing and good things are happening. I know of people very advanced who never feel anything in their hands but they have other indicators.
