Well, I'm reading Chunyi Lin's book Born a Healer. Now I've been through the level I and II material several times. Attended the level III retreat, but not review the material yet. I've also read just about every post on this forum and spoken with a few people. However, I'm finding lots of little gems of knowledge in the book.

I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in SFQ. It's filled with lots of stories and discussions on qigong. I suspect that what you find useful and enlightening will be different than what I find, but it will be a greater exposure to Master Lin, his journey, his experiences, his understanding, and his teaching.

I just felt like sharing this. I have PR the book about a year ago without activating it. Now, I reading it traditionally. This is because during some renovations, I was moving the book. I opened it radomly and found some useful information to what I was thinking about. Then to another and another random spot. Each time I was answering a question I have be contemplating about SFQ. So I decided it time to absorb the whole thing.

You can also go to springforestqigong.com for a some information and a few products. However, this is the best place for question and answers.

The site doesn't always show the products. I think they only show what the currently have in stock. So you might try calling if you don't see what you're looking for.
