Hi,
I just got my tape, and was curious about something. It says to listen to one side for a week, and then alternate side A and B. Does that mean to listen to side A a week, and then side B for a week, or Side A and B or what? confused. Thanks a lot. Also if anyone has helpful tips that would help. As with anything that comes with specific directions, I'm scared I'll do it wrong!! Thanks again
Kaetlin

Listen to side A first day B the next then A again etc... for at least a week (should probably be for 8 days) .

Then listen A one day and B the next about once a week. Most practical way since you don't have to rewind the tape.

You should only listen to the tape daily for one week and then both sides weekly. First day listen to side A next day side B and then side A again.

However on the internet site for Ideal Weight it says that you should listen to the tape for eight days but I guess that's a small difference.

Hi Stace_45.

You might want to try the Belief paraliminal, and install the belief that

"I increase muscle mass easily while I excercise..."

Ideal Weight can guide you to achieve weight loss, but it also can help if your desire is to gain weight. The idea is to help you reach and maintain your natural state, so that you have more energy and balance.
