I did not take advantage of the healing session for over a year and not really thinking much of it until I had a dear friend needed healing and I was traveling and could not be there to do it. So intuition told me to try this.
On that first saturday I was completely amazed at the energy I felt. A week later I returned home to find my friend, happy, cheerful and having some wine with dinner.
He would never do that if he were ill.
Since then I have added someone every week and done as Shawn recommended and brought those from past healings into my circle for a little maintenance.
All I can say is try it.
