Someone recently gave the web address for a site on meditation. While reading the info found there I found several articles in which the writer said that you should never purposely push chi around your body and that when you meditate this happens naturally. Any comments re this??
Thanks, love Sandy

My friend,
You are a teacher, and I'm quite sure that in your studies you have heard many versions to each and every event in history. Which one do you teach?? You teach the one that you are most comfortable with. So if you are comfortable Springforest Qigon then practice what it teaches to the fullest, if not use the other. I to have looked at others out of curiosity and have found conflicting information. I, for one could care less, as Springforest Qigong offers everything I need and will ever want. My humble suggestion to you is find one that suits you and use all your energies in it's practice. The benefits and rewards are well worth it.
I might add that I find the satisfaction of the Small Universe exercise very exhilarating and most fulfilling..

may the rest of your life be the best of your life

Thanks Cappy, I know you're right about choosing one thing and sticking to it. I was just curious and I guess a little concerned. I enjoy SF Qigong, feel comfortable with it and so I guess that should be my answer.
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
Love Sandy
