I want to begin a new stretching routine immediately after finishing the SFQ active exercises, which always end with 'Harvesting of Qi'. Is this okay? Or should I wait 30 minutes before doing my stretches? Note that my stretches are not a type of qigong, they're from the DVD "Forced Relaxation" by Pavel Tsatsouline and basically they involve muscular tension and relaxtion in alternating cycles to facilitate the stretch routine.

There's the good better best model to consider here.

If you want to do them in the same time space, I would suggest doing them before. In the past I would do stretching that had a yoga basis. Now, part of the reason I did them was to help wake-up before doing SFQ.

By doing them before SFQ, and staying relaxed after SFQ then you get more benefit. However, I would also walk to the park and do a sitting meditation and them walk back. It would probably be better to lie still, but I took a nice pleasant walk with the SFQ smile. Maybe not the best, but it's still part of a good overal SFQ practice, and not just the meditation element.

Fit it into you life however you can, and work at balance and flow in your life.

You are perfection.
