At the end of Qigong session we all those exercises including massaging
our face and stomach.

I wonder whether this reduces a fat layer some people have on the face and
of course the enlarged stomach?

If so would massaging one’s double chin also help to remove it?
Does the fat build indicate a blockage in that area? I think so because
my pot bally has almost completely disappeared.

What do you think?
And what does the Master have to say?

Master Lin talks about a belt channel in your waist area that tends to be blocked when a person has an overwieght issue. The level one exercises can help with this along with benging your knees more while doing them.

I don't remember him mentioning anything about massaging the neck to reduce a double chin.

Thank Shawn,

My pot belly has disappeared now and my double-chin is shrinking.
I used to get fat at first in my face. There were quite a few energy blocks there. Now I and others noticed the slimming in my face.

I suspect the were are energy blocks there are problems with either put on weight/fat or
losing too much.
