Hi everyone,

I would love to tell you the story of how I found Qigong. A few weeks ago I saw a program about Qigong on Wisdom TV. I was fascinated and began searching the internet for a video course, but not find what I wanted.

A few days ago I received in a mail from a totally unrelated source a sample Qigong DVD. I watched it and visited the website and ordered today. It will be delivered tomorrow.

I am so excited I was in tears today with joy about having found Qigong.

I can hardly wait to get started.

How long has everyone been practicing Qigong?

In gratitude,

I feel so happy for you. You sound like you've found what you were looking for.

I started about 2 years ago. I have found many more treasures in SFQ than I had hoped to find. It brings me aid everyday.

You are perfection.

Thank you! I received my package today and started the training. It is wonderful. I went thru phase 1 two times. I thought I would memorize those exercises before I begin on phase 2.

I heard mention of phase 3 on the DVD, but I have not seen that on the website.

Any ideas about that?

In joy,

Linda

I found the site maybe 1.5 or so year ago. I was looking for websites with meditation info. I found Centerpointe, then things led to other sites and somehow (I don't recall now) I found LSC. I got some of their courses. Became interested in Qigong a few months ago, will get my course anytime (maybe that's the package UPS tried to deliver - don't know yet, could be something else too) and it's funny that I received some Qigong letter & stuff from some other company I never even heard of just 2 days ago. Interesting. My interest grew deeply after I attended a Feng Shui retreat in Feb and practiced Qigong in the mornings.

Dear lindamiller: I also received the DVD in the mail and ordered my levels 1 and 2 and received them in April. I am both thrilled and very grateful for SFQ, and practice it daily. As for Level 3, it is my understanding not available as a home study course, butthat it is offered in person in Minnesota, usually over the weekend, by Master Lin or one of his advanced students. Love, Peace and Good Health to you. RoSpinner

Thank you RoSpinner. That makes sense that levels above 2 would be taught in person. My husband are having a great time learning Qigong - and also finding that there IS physical movement... as the muscles in my body are now sore... lol... and that is a good thing!

In joy,
