Does Chunyi recommend any specific books in English on the theories of Qi or metaphysics in general? I read "Born A Healer" and it was very interesting, but I'd like to find more theory and philosophy.

Thanks,

Josiah

Good question. I would also like the names of books we could read to enhance our knowledge.
I would also be interested in what Master Lin says we should eat in the way of healthy foods. Is there a diet that he recommends over others. I follow the Fit for Life diet and was just wondering--

Aloha Josiah,

Your user name reminds me of my son who turns two today. If you're half the handful he is, I look forward to further posts from you.

Chuyni doesn't recomend other books on qi or qigong. Instead he mentions to look at what you can learn about healing and the Laws of Life in the Bible, Tao Te Ching, Teachings of Buddha, and I Ching.

Claire: Chunyi will actually be speaking for an hour on "food" at the SFQIGuild meeting in Minneapolis this Saturday.

Much Love to you both, Shawn

I too would be really interested in what foods Master Lin recommends. I hope that someone will post a summary of his comments for those of us from far away.

Love

I too am interested in Master Lin's comments on food. I request that someone from this forum who attends the meeting this saturday post a summary here on the forum for those of us who can't make it to the meeting.
