Has anyone experienced a decline in sleep time after practicing SPQ for several months? Over the past few weeks I find myself waking up after 5-6 hours of sleep and unable to get back to sleep. At first this freeked me out because I started SPG to help with insomnia. I thought maybe my problems were returning but I don't really feel all that tired. I am beginning to think this is one of those "growth" things.

Be Well,
RodB

I noticed that immediately.

Kind of bothered me because I really LOVE to sleep! Seems I sleep just to have dreams, they're so nice.

But More to your question, I noticed less fatigue as well. It might have to do with the relaxation that comes with SFQ, where as your body doesn't need to spend as much time relaxing during the sleep cycles
