I was wondering if anyone has taken Lvl I and/or Lvl 2 SFQ in person and home study and could comment on the benifits of being in class in person. I'm wondering if I should home study or go in person. I'm in FL and SFQ is in MN so it's some expense to go in person. Thanks.

I didn't take the level I or II in person. I've learned them through the home study course. However, I have attended the level III retreat with Master Lin.

My assessment is that you can learn what you need to know with the home study course. This forum is a great additional assest; one I found very valuable.

There is value in studying directly with Master Lin, but you have to make the decision as to how the cost benefit equates for you. I'll add that the main benefits from SFQ is not from the knowledge but from the actually doing it.

I don't want to dissuade you from seeing Master Lin, but the home study material is very complete. Go through it again and again and again, and you'll keep finding the answers to your questions.

You are perfection,
