Can NBG help you model someone you've read about rather than someone you know or are around from day to day?

Absolutely. Your mind does not know the difference. You can visualize someone you've never met, who has the qualities you would like to have. It does not matter whether you have actually met them in person or not.

Sandy,

I have the Decisive Action tape set, which has a New Behaviour Generator on tape 2 and a second one on tape 6. On the tape 6 NBG, Paul Scheele introduces the tape as "Reframing".

Which tape should I be using to model someone, as described below?

Thanks.

When you listen to side B of New Behavior Generator, think of a person who models the behavior you'd like to emulate. You can also use yourself as the model if you ahve demonstrated the desired behavior in the past. You are reframing your behaviors.

Instantaneous Personal Magnetism is another Paraliminal tape that you can use to become the person you'd like to be, to become, for example more charismatic or confident.
