I have a chance to be a pilot now that some things got more relaxed. They now have waivers for contact lenses but you have to be less then a -8 diopter and I'm like -9.25 and -11 with a slight stigmatism in both eyes...How can I use SFQ to improve my eyesight to under a -8? and hopefully by march 31st?

Level 2 of SFQ has some great information about eye problems and how to work with them and the liver which affects vision. There's also some good information about neck exercises and eye massages to use once you've done your healing. If you don't have SFQ level 2 I'm sure we can provide some more specific detail.

Aloha ajmsrush2 & Claire,

The Level II course is full of some really exceptional techniques and guidelines for healing specific areas in the body.

ajmsrush2: If you want to hang a deadline over it, then consider lasix surgery, or something that you can schedule with your timing.

Spring Forest Qigong can make an immediate difference. Getting to a stable situation with your eyes has a lot to do with the the "Six Keys to Success, " found in your booklet, and how you apply that for your eyes, body, head, and heart.

Your active exercise and the Harvesting of Qi can help.

Look over and apply the sword fingers technique taught in Level I to your Liver and eyes.

Much Love,

Shawn

Hi all!

I agree that Tsi Goon(aka Qui Goong but it's wrong transcription) can help.
First of all, it is the spirit.
The second is liver. The eyes are aligned with liver and the element of tree.
The tree is agression. To have normal liver function and normal eyes function you should have normal agression function. And normal spirit.
The chinese transcription is Shen'
The spirit make your eyes see.
The spirit out through eyes of human.
So, train.

But also, you can use my application for sight training. It's freeware and available on the web site listed in my profile.

I use it to improve my sight. 2 weeks ago i changed my -5 lens to -3. Now, i see much better.
But, truely I also use Tsi Goon.

Good luck.

Hi Oleg Fedorov,

I can't see the link to eye exercises you mentioned in your message.

Thanks,
