Dear Shawn,
I hope this will not sound silly, but when you are inviting a person to sit on the chair in the middle of the group, how long do they stay since their are others to be healed as well. Do we just imagine them sitting for a few seconds one after another, and then move out to sit in the circle before asking the sun to come up over our heads?

I visualize an inner group and an outer group. The inner group is all the people who have been invited for healing, and outer are those who want to help them.

I used to memorize the list and invite everyone on the list one at a time, but the list soon became fairly long. So I may note some and invite them, then I visualize others people inviting the remainder. I sometimes invite people not on the list in for a healing as well.

Then we all go through the healing meditation together.

You are perfection,
Iam2

I'm envisioning Muscal "Healing" Chairs right now.

Good question ajanta.

Everyone that is invited into the center chair for healing, fit in that one chair - prety magical, don't you think!

They all occupy that one space and are there through the entire meditation, until you send them back home.

Much Love, Shawn
