Hi,
I've been using holosync with good results for about a year. I just purchased SFQ. Can I do the two together? There is also a CD called Gamma Compassion which creates the brain waves of the copassion meditation. Would this work or should I do them sequentially? Kathy

Dear Kathy,

I believe that Holosync and SFQ work very nicely together. One can do the active exercise in SFQ an dthen listening to Holosync.

I listened to holosync daily for about 5 years and got MANY benefits from it, but last year I switched to Qigong because of some serious health problems (which have all cleared up miraculously) and plan to stick with it for the long term (I like the idea of not relying on an external source). I think both programs have great merit.

I use both programs, probably over three years now although Master Lin has said to keep different energy practices seperate from SFQ.

It takes the energy cycle from doing SFQ approximately 1/2 hour to complete after finishing the exercises or meditation so it is best to wait that long before starting Holosync or any energy practice outside of SFQ. Or going the other way ie: Listen to Holosync then wait 1/2 hour before starting SFQ.

I usually do one in the morning and the other at night.

Having met Master Lin and believe that he wants everyone to get the most benefits from SFQ, it is best to practice SFQ in it's own time and don't add anything else to it.

Hi Kathy!

I listen to the Gamma Compassion cd while falling asleep at night. I enjoy the SFG "Small Universe" sitting meditation during the first 30 minutes of Holosync (Awakening Level 4), then Zhan Zhuang "Standing Like a Tree" Wu Chi position for 15 minutes followed by "Holding the Balloon" for 15 minutes during the second 30 minute session of Holosync.

Talk about multi-tasking! But the SFG and Holosync seem to enhance each other for me.

Keep at it, it gets better!
