Can't say I've reached it but I'm making strides and I keep setting goals for more so nope I haven't reached the end yet.

Can't say that I've experienced much, if any, results, outcomes, or abundance of anything, from having used the AFL program. Can't say that I've read or heard of anyone else on this forum that have, including Alex.

It all comes down to simply being a marketing ploy. I mean, according to the initial marketing materials that I was bombarded with during the introduction of this program, I should've been driving a BMW by now, but nope... negative... nada... nuthin'... nil.

Don't believe the hype.

Financial Abundance isn't the only form of abundance. Everyone is after their own thing. I'd never want to own a BMW no matter how much money I have

I have learned not to talk too much about my successes as they are unfolding, so I've kept my posts down to mini sucesses. Given where my life was at before the Abundance for Life Retreat and where I am now. There has been a big change. I've never been after huge financial abundance so it's not one of my personal top goals. My family has noticed a huge change in me as a person exactly in the area of abundance I enjoy.

The most important part of the course is in the prelude. But I've noticed that people tend to rush that part thinking the rest of the course is the real meat of the course. Once you are comfortable using the techniques taught in the prelude it does become easier to attract the kind of abundance you desire.

Doing "The Work" on the financial Abundance question was a real eye opener for me. I discovered the only reason I wanted financial wealth was because others convinced me that is what I needed.

Hi All,

There is nothing against other forms of abundance e.g. character development,
having rewarding relationships etc. but in my opinion financial abundance is
a key factor.

Those who achieve financial independence can achieve other forms of abundance
much easier. I know quiet a few who spent a lot of money on courses and self help
books who when being asked about their success claim to have achieved those “other
forms” of abundance.

I think it’s just a form of self-delusion.

So, Frodo02, I'm not going to get into the argument about which abundance is better, because no one can win it. It is easy to argue any side.

Whatever your belief, however, I challenge you to run it through the Feeling Exercise or the Inquiry Process of the Abundance for Life course. Release the power that you're holding in it.

I've talked with a few clients who have made a lot of money since using the Abundance for Life course. Good for them.

I also know two separate women, with whom I just happen to speak recently, whose lives have totally and completely turned around. They are two of the happiest people I've met in a long time. But they are pretty poor. Both attribute their "new lives" to the Abundance for Life course. I betcha financial abundance is not too far behind for them.

For some people the course has been very easy. They see results. For others it has been difficult. To those people I always direct right back to the Feeling Exercise and Inquiry Process--that is where most can have the greatest breakthrough. (The meditations all also quite effective in helping people.)

One of the guys who found it difficult actually made a lot of money in a very short period of time. But he continued to be miserable, unhappy, and depressed. The money didn't do it for him. He's been spending a lot of time on those two processes and is seeing a little progress each month.

Another guy, who I spoke with yesterday, makes a nice living. A year ago he was swinging into bouts of being angry and vindictive. He said that is all behind him as of last November.

Now, WebCrawler2010 says "Can't say that I've experienced much, if any, results, outcomes, or abundance of anything, from having used the AFL program."

It is not about "having used" anything. It is about using it continually until the energy opens and manifests in your life the way you want it. It is not a one-time shot (it might be, but when it isn't stay with it).

When Paul and I met back in 1981 we were both struggling financially. I had lentils for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for many years. But we were mind explorers. We got a lot of people to support us while we did what we loved--all we had to do was share it with our supporters.

These suppporters were not benefactors, but they were clients who paid us $15 here and $98 there. All we had to do was learn, discover, and share in such a way that the clients received benefit.

It was a continual growing experience for us, and for our clients.

At some point we figured out how create abundance in all areas of life--including our own lives. We shared it with clients, and they experienced abundance. When we were confident of the process, we created the Abundance for Life course.

You might say, "Yah, but you made your money by selling these courses to us."

Sure, I make a very nice income from Learning Strategies, but I now have money and wealth coming in from many sources totally unrelated to this business. It is incredible.

For my property, I have full use of my neighbor's bobcat and attachments worth $35,000 (and I use it just about every weekend on my projects!). I just purchased a piece of crystal for $4,000 that I can turn around and sell for $38,000. I bought a piece of property for $125,000 and within a year had an offer on it for $465,000. One of the best woodcarvers in the USA just offered to teach me his craft in my home next winter at no charge (do you have any idea what that is worth!!). When I vacation can stay in private awesome properties free. And on and on. Abundance flows and grows.

So, listen to what Paul and I say. The stuff works. Use it. Absorb everything that you can and apply it every single day. You will reap the benefits.

Finally!!! Kudos Mr. Frodo for saying it.

Yeah, I admit that achieving abundance in the areas of personal and spiritual development is nice, cool even, but that's not just what the program promises and has not delivered. Following is an excerpt from the email I received announcing the program:

---------------------------------------
Finally, a wholistically-grounded
WEALTH-MAKING course from the mind of Paul R. Scheele to help you rewrite the script
of your life to give you overflowing
Abundance for Life.

whether you want OUTWARD PROSPERITY of family ski trips, additions to your home, and 'BMWs'

- or -

a spiritually complete lifestyle of
Truth, Beauty, Freedom, and Love

- or -

BOTH!

Dear Web,

You may BECOME RICH BEYOND YOUR WILDEST DREAMS sometime after completing this thorough course of 24 CDs, a phenomenal DVD, a course manual, support follow-up email, and one-on-one coaching. Mind expanding. Life altering.

Or you may uncover a richness in your life of pure joy in every moment, freeing forgiveness for all who cross you, illumination of your soul, and a second sight for the absolute best the world has to offer. Every cell of your body will come alive like the first time you fell in
love.

Or you may simply FIND TREASURES AND BREAKTHROUGHS AND SUCCESSES that have eluded you for years."

Or, you may GET THEM ALL!

----------------------------------------

I concur with Alex that financial abundance isn't the only form of abundance; however, I wholeheartedly agree with Mr. Frodo that financial abundance is a key factor and that other forms of abundance are much easily met via financial abundance than not.

Further, if financial abundance is not your thing, than one can also achieve and experience “richness in life" by simply investing as little $6.99 in a paperback edition of the Silva Mind Method book, or other type method book, as opposed to shelling out $280 for the main course or $450 for the deluxe.

Okay Pete,

I posted my last response right before I had a chance to read your reply to Frodo; otherwise, I may have revamped or even retracted my last reply.

I confess to using the program for only a short while (1.5 months at best) and chucked it, when I saw that the results I was after were not exactly forthcoming. Maybe I didn't stay with the program long enough.

Anyway, you brought up some interesting points, enough to nudge me in the direction that perhaps I should revisit the program and give it the ol' college try. That is, I'll stick with the program for a much longer period this time and guage my results that way. Any advice for how to best proceed with the program this time?

Thx in advance,

Web

Pete already gave the advise
quote:
run it through the Feeling Exercise or the Inquiry Process of the Abundance for Life course. Release the power that you're holding in it.

That's basically the prelude portion of the course. You need to do the Feeling Exercise and the Inquiry Process a lot, till it becomes second nature, then the main part of the course seems to fall in place.

Hi All,

Thanks Pete your posting cleared up my thinking and clarified what I actually wanted to say.

Abundance in my opinion of course has to materialize itself in one form or other.
e.g. Money, health, good business decision
(which is money again), rewarding relationships etc.

Example: When I have access to a friends Ferrari or Yacht that is certainly a material manifestation of abundance.

If there nothing more then a good feeling that feeling won't last anyway. Many new age fans have nothing to show for but "good feelings".
That feeling will disappeare in time and the underlying negativity will come back.

Cheers,

Thanks for the wonderful post Pete. I do have a question about your comment:
"I just purchased a piece of crystal for $4,000 that I can turn around and sell for $38,000."

May I ask how? I can purchase and send you some crystals (just let me know which ones), and maybe we can split the profit 50/50? 60/40? I'm serious. I can earn some extra cash for future retreats.

No, I'm not in the crystal business. I simply bought well. I got it because it was beautiful, and I new underpriced. Well, I soon learned that I could sell it to a dealer for $9 to $10 who will sell it to a store for $20 who will sell it for $40. I've since seen pieces priced in the $30 to $40 range that were not of the quality or beauty of mine. In two days I could sell it for $9; in two months $38. But it is not for sale, but is there in case I need it in retirement!

I was with Hale Dwoskin of The Sedona Method and his wife, Amy. The interesting thing is that we then drove to the other side of town to look for a tabletop for their patio. We saw a dirty piece of labradorite outside of a stone plant and just stood there in awe. It was beautiful as well as the perfect size and color to be used as a base for my crystal. So, within 30 minutes of buying the first piece, I got the second piece. The universe provided!

We use the crystal as the centerpiece for the Diamond Feng Shui Retreat this past February. We're not going to talk about the crystal in the self-study were producing, but if you get the course, be sure to ask me about the crystal. I'll tell how and why it was so perfect for the Retreat.

Maybe it's my coarse, bottom-line intellect, but the course promises "Everything you ask for will start coming to you," not unlike the biblica "Ask and you shall receive...." So the question to ask is, "Is what he is after coming to him?" If so, the methods are working. If not, they aren't. Seems pretty simple. Sure, it's easy to make yourself *feel* different, but that really isn't the same thing. Feeling better doesn't pay the bills. Money in the bank does.

If I'm skeptical, it's because I've been working with Photoreading for some time now without noticeable results, at least nothing beyond what standard multi-pass speedreading provides.

Frodo02,

I too agree with you that there has to be a physical manifestation of abundance to give one the confidence that it is working. I am sure it is not sensible or prudent to have blind faith in anything (after having given it sufficient time and 'effort', if that is the right word

I think along with the good feelings, and the associated good energy, vibrations, etc, some form of action has to be intitiated, otherwise how can anything happen?

This is something that the course does not address: concrete guidelines, steps one can take to physically manifest the various forms of abundance one may desire, such as financial, or relationships ...

Does anyone, including Paul Scheele, have anything say about these concerns?

I am finding this thread very interesting to follow. About 15 years ago, I went thru a horrible divorce and lost my house. About that time, I discovered Tony Robbins material. I bought his Personal Power tapes, even tho I could barely afford to live. The tapes talked about how Tony used the methods to move from his 400 square foot apartment, into a castle on the ocean. I went thru the program many times. I know that some people used the methods and they really worked for them. Did they work for me? My life gradually improved. Would it have anyway? Probably. Why do these things appear to work for some and not others? I don't know. I do feel that the LSC does have better programs than alot of the stuff out there. I would love to see this discussion continue!

Newseek on the self-improvement industry:
http://www.cesnur.org/testi/NextAge_newsweek.htm

Clearly *someone's* getting rich...but whether it's the self-help customers' lives that are being turned around isn't really explored.

It seems fairly obvious to me that to achieve the kind of financial wealth these people promise, you have to have something to offer that lots of people are going to pay good money for...and how many people really have that? There are plenty of talented artists across the disciplines, for instance, producing fine work and who "believe in themselves" but who don't achieve financial success. Sure, you need confidence--and the self-improvement literature can help you get it--but you need much, much more than that. If you are a confident mediocrity, the competition is still fierce and the cards are still stacked against you. Despite what the industry promises, let's face it, not everyone is exceptional.

Hi Pete,

Actually I was at the FS retreat in Feb and the crystal at the center of the hall with other decorations looked awesome. I took a number of pictures too. It's funny where you find things.

I would certainly like to know more about the crystal. Please feel free to let me know whenever you have some time.

It was a pleasure meeting all of you.

Hi,

I think its very naive for anyone to think that they could purchase AFL and subsequently have millions flowing to them as a result. The abundance manifesting techniques explained in AFL are essentially age old spiritual techniques in a modern wrapper. AFL is not a get rich quick scheme – even though the advertising material may have implied this. Surely this is obvious?

I for one really enjoyed listening to the course and I might add have experienced additional unexpected financial abundance. From my experience if you want financial abundance (or any kind of abundance), simply make a clear intention in your mind, hold it for a few minutes, then just forget about it and watch what happens. I’ve studied a number of sources on the subject and this, as far as I can see, is the simple common factor.

Whilst we’re on the subject of financial abundance (and I hope this doesn’t sound too patronising), the Indian guru Swami Muktananda, upon arriving in America for the first time, stood in the airport and said: "They live in paradise, yet they will never know it." Yes, everyone who is in a position to be able to log onto this forum is vastly financially richer than the majority of the world – so you already have financial abundance even if you think you don’t.

Mark.

The Seven-Step Creative Process is for exactly that. The concrete guidelines for the steps one can take to physcially manifest any abundance one may desire.

One important aspect of the Seven Step Process that is often overlooked is Step OneClarity. Making sure that the goal you think you want to achieve is in fact a goal that you want to achieve.

The manual offers some important guidelines in the Seven-Step Process starting on page 22 to page 29. No need to rely on the CD alone.

The Prelude section of the course teaches somevisualisation technquies that are extreemly useful as part of the Seven-Step Process.

One thing about financial abundance it has to be within our comfort zone. We attach varying amounts of responsability with having money. We don't always want to be responsible for more. Some of us can't get over what our mothers would think of us living a carefree luxuious lifestyle. Or remembering how hard our father worked just to make ends meet. Then there is the fear that it changes how our friend perceive us. And what if, really if you suddenly did get all the wealth you wanted overnight? Have you got the skills right now to keep it? There are certain things you have to do to keep your wealth when it comes your way. Do you have those skills? What really are the sacrifices you have to make to have abundance? That's part of the Seven-Step Creative Process.

Alex

Hi,

Thanks Alex for your good view points. Yes, some of us have some internal resistance especially against financial abundance.
If we look closely then we will find that most people have a level of acceptance.
This means how much wealth and success they can accept.

As Alex wrote that some may not allow financial abundance because for instance their parents had to work hard just to survive. This makes them feel guilty or unworthy to have wealth and success.

The so called new rich usually show off and brag with their new achieved wealth.
They might not find it normal to have it compared to the Old rich. The old rich
normally don’t brag. For most of them being wealth is a normal state and they
hardly can imagine anything else.

For instance in Germany after WWII nearly all people where on the same poverty
level but the old rich almost instantly recovered and became rich again. Consider
that many of the old rich had lost all their possessions and many had fleed from
the territory occupied by the Soviets. In spite of this within a few years they were
back to their old level of wealth or even better of then before.

Cheers,

One of the stories I have heard regarding self made millionaires is that once they have developed this skill they could pretty much parachute naked into a remote area and in three year be a millionaire once again.

Of course these days, a million isn't what it use to be.

To me having Abundance for Life is a path you follow. It is best developed on a slow and steady climb. If you all of a sudden were to receive a 60 million dollar in flow it would be a very large shock to most peoples system
and the majority would not be able to handle it.

It is just as big a shock as going broke and losing everything as it is to all of sudden have more money than you could ever possibly spend.

I enjoy hearing peoples stories that became a success as Pete shared eating Lentils for years because he believed in what he was doing and I'm sure he had a great affinity for following his dream. It panned out and he still does the same thing on a grander scale.

Seeing people go through hard times and how they deal with it shows what kind of jewel they are, or crystal in Pete's case. When someone loves what they do the price is pretty negligible.

The path is yours to follow or not follow, no one can do it for you. It's alot of work climbing up a mountain but if you just get to it you become amazed how far and how fast you have gone.

Years ago I lived up north and hated the winters and knew there had to be some warm place for me out there to live. When I was twelve years old I heard a story about Maui and was awestruck over it.

Now I live there and work in Alaska which also has been very good to me. I tend to circulate an old affirmation "I always have pretty of money to do what ever I want" and things seem to manifest that way. Maybe I should add "always have enough time to do everything I desire...." because that seems a little short on those fun things.

YOUR INCOME WILL NEVER OUTGROW YOUR SELF-IMAGE.

Everyone wants everything but you'll not have what you do not deserve or handle. For example, let's say you make 70K/yr. If you see the exact same job in another company for $250K/yr, would you apply or think - "I know they want a lot more and I'll probably won't get it and make a fool out of myself" - to stay in abundance, the first step is to increase our self-image.

******************************************
Hi,

That is certainly true but based on my experience this is not an easy task.
The problem is that inadequacy identities are getting triggered and then the
self esteem drops. This can happen at any time and so far I have not found
a way to avoid this. It does not happen to me very often but it still happens
from time to time.

My thoughts about this problem:

a) It will get less in time as I am more aware of it and can use techs to combat
it.

b) I might have to accept it as a part of life and should realize that everyone
suffers from this phenomena sometimes and of course to a different degree.

c) I might realize that these feelings are only temporarily and will change.
For instance I usually try not to make plans or make important decisions
when I experience these feelings.

Cheers,

It comes down to knowing what you want, creating a plan, taking ACTION, and making adjustments until you reach your objective.

Many people want financial abundance to appear out of no where and life does not work like that.

Absolutely. First thing is to figure out what you like. Second would be to figure out what you can do to provide to others what you like and get paid for it. Third would be to create an ongoing income so that you do not have to rely on a weekly paycheck.

Success is a series of planned events.

Hi All,

I had posted a bitter reply on 6/28/05 that I had gotten zero results from using the AFL program. Pete responded with a highly informative and encouraging post and I decided to give the program another shot and this time I was going to commit to following through on the program.

Well, since then I've experienced extremely interesting results:

- As I've never owned a car before, I decided I wanted an affordable second hand car in mint running condition, so that I could garner driving experience (getting a brand new car at this stage didn't make sense to me). I chose to manifest a 2001 Honda Accord EX, leather seats, sunroof, in silver, at an affordable price. Funny thing is my brother-in-law, Franky, owned that exact same car and it was his car I would visualize during my visualizations because the image was so clear to me. About a week-and-a-half later, my wife announces to me during dinner that Franky was going to sell his car to a dealer, but he would offer us the car for significanly less amount if we wanted it. In addition, we didn't have to pay him all at once, but could pay him off monthly. WOW!!! (Franky had bought an SUV and didn't feel the need for a second car).

- One of my other longer term outcomes was to lose fat and get in shape (target weight of 170-175 lbs with a bodyfat level between 7-10%, from a starting weight of 229lbs). Having a car has now made it possible for my wife and I to join a gym with excellent facilities at an extremely affordable price and we've been going religiously for 3 weeks now.

- Something significant happened this week toward the eventual manifestation regarding another outcome, but I'm gonna keep tight-lipped about that for now. Yah, call me superstitious.

The results thus far has been extremely encouraging and is definitely making a believer out of me. Is all the stuff that I've been experiencing so far sheer coincidence? Who know, who cares, as long as I'm getting positive results.

Be well,

Web

Hi Wealth53,

Out of curiosity, what's the name of the Bob Proctor system you used to achieve your results? How long before you were able to start seeing results?

Thx in advance.

Hi Web,
Thanks for your updated opinion on AFL. I admired your having the grace to hear Pete's response (which I also found helpful) and to give the system another go. And I'm really glad to hear it's working for you. I'm about to order the system myself, so this bit of extra encouragement is welcome.
Greetings to all from Cape Town, where spring has sprung!

So, I've been reading all of the above and its really cool. I love the discussion and the emotions it draws out in me. From feelings of great hope to GOD this will never work.
But I started to think about it. Although I haven't used the actual course Abundance for Life. I've used other things like it. Bob Scheifeld's 11th Element and Hale Dwoskins Sedona Method, paraliminals prosperity, personal magnetism, as well as numerous others. My question to myself was, have I experienced abundance since starting down this path and using these courses. The overwhelming answer is YES! In the most unbelievable ways. Internally I can't even really begin to explain it. If I compare myself to where I was two years ago there is such a difference. In attitude, relations, personal satisfaction and Lifestyle.
1 and a half years ago I was evicted from my apartment. I owed everyone money. College loans, old landlords etc, I had no steady job and was making a living, barely, day to day. My car was like this total beat up Mitsubishi Galant (normally a fine car), that had been a repaired total wreck. I moved in with someone that I ended up not likeing at all. I had a realestate license but no Clue what I was doing. My relationship with my mom was improving but still strained and bitter at times. The amount of stuff that happened between then and now is so gradual that it could be easy to not take note.
But to make it quick, In about two months I got my job back at a very lucrative local restaurant. The one I'd been fired from a year before for my bad attitude. I sold one of the workers there his first home and my first real sale. I sold another his first business a pizza restaurant, helping change his life for the better. I reignited my passsion for soccer, by randomly calling a skills coach and volunteering to work for free just to learn. (This past summer I was the director of the Town sponsered soccer camp, 62 kids, five coaches).
I went from the Mitsubishi Galant, to a newer Nissan Maxima, and today I'm driving a Infiniti Qx5 SUV. My moms, who I have an awesome relationship with. When my Maxima got caught in a flash flood (no kidding), she just gave it to me, I don't know if its mine forever but i'm driving it now.
I'm now on the doorstep of negotiating multi-friggin-million dollar deals in commercial realestate.
I'm closer to my brothers and sisters than ever. My love life is more satisfying and deeper than I ever imagined. (you gotta understand I'm practically crying writing all this, I'm so grateful)
My roomate is so cool, he's totally my bestfriend. I have multiple job offers from other firms on the table. I never imagined. I thought abundance was everyone thinking I was awesome and so accomplished and had so much more than everyone else. But its not, when you love what you have it grows.
To say all that happened after was just serendipity is true and not true. Its true because it has a feeling of awesome spontaneity, but also its just opening up your own mind to it and seeing it and to use the cliche'd word letting it FLOW. In my opinion We ALREADY HAVE the abundance WITHIN, all these courses do is show you how allow it. It manifests differently for each according to their life and their needs, but my god it does happen, it does come.

Hello Again All,

Well, I'm still experiencing excellent results with the program, in particular, the 7-Step Creative Process.

The manifestation of My 3rd outcome seemed effortless that I'm compelled to call it miraculous. Stuff like this has never happened to me before and I've read the books and done programs like T. Robbin's, Sedona, Silva, yatta-yatta-yatta (this is the reason I was jaded and bitter in my previous post).

Well, now I'm gonna focus on my fourth outcome (it's sort a biggie), which will take a bit longer to manifest, but I've accumulated some excellent references of success to help propel me through.

Be well,

Rick

PS I am down to 224lbs from a starting weight of 229 (longterm goal = 170lbs).

Good work!

Plus, no matter which program you have -- whether it is ours or someone elses -- always ask yourself, "What can I do to get more benefit from this course?"

If you find that some of the information is not new to you, ask yourself, "How can I apply this in my life now?"

You will always get more benefit from a course when you are truly engaged and when you give power to yourself, not the course.

It is never the course that does anything for you. It is what you do with the course.

You have so much more power, capabilites, talents, and resources than you ever give yourself credit for. The more you realize this, the more you reach for it, the more miracles happen in your life.

Best to you...

Saying, "But it is there in case I need it for retirement" is actually anegative statement. Youre opening the possibility of need during your retirement.

Hey irishmale,
You made a smart move. You see, I think most people expect something magical from a program, and thus the negativity.

Every aspect of becoming someone who is now Being Prosperous and Abundant, is covered. You can only attract what you Are.
Fortunately, a lot of it is simply removal of stuff. And the seminars and paraliminals address this.

Removal from the trance that keeps people thinking the evidence in the material world is what decides their fate.

Removal of Beliefs that there is limitation in what you can create.

If you ask me, the paraliminals alone are worth the money. The remainder makes it golden.

My only complaint is that the paper CD holders are not adequate to keep the CD's in good condition. I finally woke up and realized i had better get them in Jewel cases, which is what I just did about a year after purchase.

I'm going to probably ask for a replacement of one of my Prelude CD's, as it has gathered some dust material or something on it which makes it skip now.

But back to the program: I think that one of the most common reasons for people who fail, with or without an audio program such as this, is that they never figure out what really makes their Soul sing with jubiliation. They never set an objective, besides something as vague as more money.

Because it is called Abundance For Life, some people think: "ok where's the money, LSC, I got your program", but it's necessary to do the exercise enclosed in this program, which guides you through deciding on definite objectives that you can concretely imagine.

The more thought and feeling you pour into an image that represents your ideal life, every day, with visualization, the faster it comes. And Bobbie Stevens' process which is one of the thing LSC bases this program on, emphasizes the establishment of definite objectives.

Enjoy,
Steve

I am still in the middle of the AFL course and did have something interesting occur this week I'd like to share. I have traveled an incredible amount in the past 20 years, predominantly for my work and also for pleasure (perhaps 1.5M miles in total). I had something happen this week that NEVER occurred in the past. I had a $550 non-refundable ticket for a trip I could not take. I phoned the airline to discuss changing the schedule (with the hope of redeeming some part of the expenditure somehow). Well to my amazement after a bit of discussion, the ticket agent stated, "It seems that we did have a schedule change here so I'll just refund you the full amount of the ticket to your card." !!!! I can't help but feel that unseen forces that I am shifting as a result of my work in the AFL course had something to do with this VERY unusual occurence. I am most grateful and am REALLY looking forward to the next surprises!

That's really cool Ana. This example is like the epitome of what happens when your consciousness makes that important move up a certain notch, above the belief that we will need to be victims once in a while and that never changes.

On a lesser scale, I was finding myself not remembering my vow to stay above the struggle mentality and really resenting a hosting company that promised a $50 gift certificate for Amazon for signing up with them.

Then I was making my bed, and for some reason, I dont' know why then. I remembered some quote in a book, I think by Joseph Murphy, that you need to just believe and accept that whatever is rightfully yours has to come!.. and then my anger dropped because I realized.. of course.. I will probably receive this equivalent from, say, my phone company who gives me a refund. I completely released like a heavy bag of sand.

So what happens, the never next day, I get an email from the company. The billing head tells me she will send me a check for the $50 bucks, and it arrived the next day in the mail literally.

Life happens from inside, out, hah?!..

Feel and know: peace and non-struggle inside, and the outside has to follow. It if didn't, then I would expect gravity to suddenly turn off also. It's just simply Law.

Wow. This was (and is) a great (if old) thread! I must admit, I am very curious about Rick (webcrawler)'s progress since the end of this thread. I guess I will have to search for other threads that he might have participated in since then.

I learned a lot from this thread about the use of such tools in general, both results as well as tips in using AFL, some very interesting insights regarding self-help material, wealth, etc.

So consider this post, a little "bump", as well as an further inquiry inviting others to share their progress and results.

Thank you to all who participated thus far well over a year ago.

Interesting to see this thread. In 2001 I worked out that if I was lucky my savings would last till 2007. In 2004 about 5 months after attending the Abundance For Life retreat I got a contract that provided a monthly income that allowed me to keep my head above water.

I've been effectively doubling my income annually since doing the Abundance For Life retreat and then home study course. I've gone from keeping my head above water to happily paying bills without a second thought. Now when I get a bill I don't find myself groaning and hoping I can cover it. I open it and just go and pay it.

2007 is turning out way better than I was able to imagine in 2001.

Nice to see the update on this Thread, way to go Alex on your success.

I had recently finally transferred my Abundance paraliminal from AFL onto my MP3 player for nightly playing and then I figured I'd come in here.

Question: do you read anything on Intuition, Alex or anyone ? I know that Bobbie Stevens, in her book, placed high importance on releasing stress (with her regime of exercises) so that there'd be room in our awareness to follow hunches.

I'm reading Divine Intuition by Lynn Robinson, which is very good. We can change our consciousness and dwell with Feeling on our objectives, but if we don't follow the action that the INtelligence guides us to in the outer world, well....

Read anything on intuition? Yep. That's that the Labyrinth Paraliminal in the Abundance For Life course aims to trigger. Genius Code Course was also very productive for me in that area.

The techniques from it gave me the first clue that I was going to make a significant change in my life on a certain day at a certain time. I even posted the prediction on the Genius Code Course forum before it happened. On the day in question I received and signed a contract and dropped it into the letter box at a certain time. In Paul's PhotoReading class at my instructor training I had the intuitive flash that I was returning to the states for another visit. Something I seriously doubted and thought unlikely at the time and yet I was back in the states not 4 months later for the retreat that was the foundation of the Abundance For Life course.

At that retreat I learned I was going to experience delay and holding pattern for 5 months. I was really at a lost to see how thing would work out but work out they did. I got a contract that made it possible for me to start a business and I became certified as a PhotoReading instructor. And right now my intuition is again telling me something big is on my time line. Exactly what again I don't know but I know the intuition well enough just to maintain a stance of open expectancy.

See, this is why I like this thread! And similar threads, where we get to hear about and share progress.

I have not yet ordered or taken this course, but it has been on my wish list for some time (since I first got a promotional mailing with a CD about it).

On the other hand, I recently began listening to the Prosperity Paraliminal and also read this entire thread. I also have been seriously studying my Natural Brilliance course along with a bunch of Napoleon Hill books (working on some Direct Learning there! ).

Well, I was sharing some of this stuff with my 82 year old father who just two weeks ago lost his wife of 35 years (not my mom; they're are divorced and she is still alive in a different state). I was also telling him about affirmations which recently came back into my life via Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams via his book, THE DILBERT FUTURE (the entire last chapter builds up an argument arguing FOR writing affirmations to achieve success. This is done in a serious tone--a total left-hand turn from the rest of the book!

Well, while I was on the phone with him, I got a very important phone call from someone offering me a huge marketing opportunity among a crowd of 1,000 people coming this Sunday (it's a volunteer gig as a storyteller that will lead to testimonials, CD sales and future gigs).

That night, my wife came home with something unprecedented: a $1,000 check as a gift from her boss! We were even in the completely unprecented position of possibly having to refuse it--which made us feel even more prosperous!

Well, I forgot to tell my Dad two instructions that Scott Adams had given in THE DILBERT FUTURE: 1) don't write "I want..." because a) it distances you from the blessing and b) because by that word, you already have it: you do WANT it! So it's done!

And 2) Don't write something like "I will win the lottery", because as Adams puts it, it severely limits you and depends too much on your ability, as he says "to steer: (as in "your luck", which he believes that maybe that is what is happening when affirmations, you are literally "steering your luck" and it works! He gives a bunch of pretty amazing examples of how he used affirmations).

Well, my Dad called me the next day to share with me this experience: he wrote 15 times that day, "I, Phil ______, want to win the lottery"! He said he just did it "as a lark", not really expecting anything. He was quite excited to tell me that he had bought a ticket as part of "the lark". And he got 4 out of 6 numbers and won $55!

So, I don't know about you all, but these little coinciding angles (coincidences) feel like little signs that we are moving in the right direction. I still told my Dad why there are much better investments for his money, time and affirmation writings and that writing "I want" and depending such a specific lucky occurence is really not in the spirit of the Law of Attraction--more like the Law of Averages! He won't do that anymore. But still...

It felt kind of like it was the Universe just giving my Dad (and maybe me too) a sign in the midst of his grieving and a little thread of hope. He is open to this stuff and it is kind of part of the family as his parents, my grandparents became devout Christian Scientists while he was a teen. And though, that may be a little too dogmatic for me in terms of how to do spiritual healing, and for my Dad, he never fully embraced CS as a religion, nevertheless, our whole family always has been somewhat open to spirituality as part of every day life and healing of any situation: physicial, emotional, mental, financial, relational or whatever.

Thank you Alex for sharing your much more clear results from your work with these tools. I do look forward to working with AFL. I may get that before SONIC ACCESS.

I am receiving a CD upgrade to my cassette version of PhotoReading this week, so my focus will be on Natural Brilliance and that.

I may also try Clear Vision, Bright Future again, though it was only $30 last time I did it (there was a discount code).

Anyway, thanks for continuing this thread and the discussion.

Hi ABFL practitioners,

Yes I have experienced a massive change in fortunes since I received ABFL and followed the course.

The first experience was very intense and kind of scared me off for a while, then I used it for a second time and had a similarly quick and positive response, I will continue to use this technique and other similar to achieve the life I want.

So here is some outline:

In the later part of 2005 the company that I had been working for started to go bust and stopped paying me. I was not in a good place having just divorced from my wife and lost 50% of my net worth, moved back to the UK from Sweden to Brighton a town I had never lived in before and was just managing to hold things together.

With my job collapsing I thought the best thing to do with the last of my money was to go on a trip to get my head together. I spent a month in Thailand, meditating, drinking beer and having a lot of smooth flowing good times and here I recognised that a lot of my problems were in my head and that being happy and positive was definitely the way to make my life work in my favour. If you have never been to Thailand I can assure you that to smile and be calm and accepting of the moment is the way to experience the best of it.

I came back to the UK for a month, borrowed more money and went away again. First to India to get some Microsoft certifications and then to South East Asia again to chill out for a couple of months, Microsoft certs are not easy to get and India is not fun if you like bars and women When I returned I had no money left, was faced with selling my motorbike (R1200GS) which was a divorce present to myself, and possibly losing my apartment which I had let out while I was away.

During the first week back I heard about ABFL and blagged the last few ŁŁ's on a credit card to buy it. I was just hanging around aimlessly looking for work, fortunately I live by the sea and it was warm so life was still relatively easy and I had time on my hands. I went through the whole course and out of the seven things I wanted to happen in my life two occurred in quick succession.

I had wanted to fully refurbish my apartment and have hardwood floors, open plan kitchen and new bathroom, up to the standards of my previous home in my last relationship. The people that I had rented my flat to while I had been away had trashed it a little (Australian female travellers!) and it definitely needed some TLC. I was specific about my requirements and I did the paraliminals and the meditations for a couple of weeks.

And then my apartment was gutted by fire. Shock! no not really, I remember then recognising it for what it was and it was not coincidence or chance or ill fortune more like a synchronistic event, read Deepak Chopra's Syncrodestiny for more on that.

Now I should say very specifically that I did not burn my own apartment down, the police, fire dept & insurance company believed me so I assume you will as well. However the most likely cause of the fire, though not proven, as there was no forensic evidence due to the intensity of the fire, was my laptop being left switched on (turns out it was one with a dodgy battery, inherited from my ex employers) balcony doors being left open as it was a hot day and a designer Swedish sofa from the 60's that was apparently not as fireproof as they make them these days. Looking at these key points I can see how they are all linked to the things that were going on in my life at the time especially the inherited laptop and sofa which were undoubtedly the cause of the fire. My action though was leaving it switched on and near the sofa and leaving the door open. All actions I had performed many times before but this time!! Bam, my whole life changed, just after I had made a commitment to change my life by following ABFL, I just cannot believe it was a chance occurrence.

I lost nearly all of my possessions in the fire which were pretty meagre after my relationship breakdown and in many ways were tying me to the past, it was a cathartic experience.

The fire happened on a Sunday afternoon when I was meant to be out on a first date and I was due to start a good new job on the next day (second thing on the list was to get job and stablise finances), Monday morning. Fortune continued for me that day, the date which I had postponed for a couple of hours while I went to look through the burnt out shell of my flat turned good and I had a bed for the night My new employers was a bit surprised but when I went in with the charred remains of my MCSE certificates (strangely one of the few things that survived even though only 3ft from the source of the fire) on the Tuesday were supportive.

My insurance companies paid out and my flat has now been refurbished and I have it exactly as I wanted, hardwood floors etc, and all and my immediate money worries were resolved with interim insurance payouts for the contents.

While the flat was being refurbished I moved closer to the sea in a wonderful apartment in the centre of town which was a great interim bachelor pad and all I had to do was buy a new wardrobe and completely re-invent myself.

My flat is in a tower block and no one else was hurt or even inconvenienced outside of my apartment even though the fire hydrant system failed in the building. Lucky? maybe but I honestly believe it was directly related to the way I was creating reality through the processes described by ABFL. Obviously I did not consciously choose to have my apartment burnt down but I did get exactly what I chose when using ABFL. The cause and the effect were clear to me and my feeling of control over my mental state at a time when a lot of people assumed that I would go under only got stronger as I realised the potential we all have to control our external reality.

I will never stop working with this and other techniques in an effort to master my own mind and my experience of this reality.

Another book to read that really helped me to accept the true nature of reality is the holographic universe by Michael Talbot. There is something far stranger going on than we may ever be able to conceive but it is apparent to me that techniques like ABFL allow us to connect with a universal flow of energy and set into motion patterns of cause and affect that are controlled by our own conscious awareness, all experiences are down to us, good or bad, we can choose, though most people do not realise they have a choice.

I learned a lot through these experiences and got what I wanted so I can have more balance in my life so I can give more to others. This is the thing to remember I think as we are all the same or at least we are all expressions of the same universal something.

Ok enough, it was a trip and I attribute at least this part of it to ABFL. My apartment was refurbished to spec with no effort on my part and I made a profit of Ł50,000 based on its post refurb state. It worked for me on this occasion and has also worked to find me a wonderful woman which is another ABFL story all of its own but an abundance of a completly different sort.

For all those with doubts about ABFL you can be assured that your doubts will constrain you and hold you back. Be open to the information provided, always maintain a positive frame of mind and want the best not just for yourself but for all sentinent beings.

Namaste - The spirit in me recognises the spirit in you.

You might say, "Yah, but you made your money by selling these courses to us."

Just bumping an interesting thread to the top, and I wanted to say, Pete, what a grand way to make money! Sharing what you've learned and discovered, helping others to find their way toward rewarding lives--what could be better?

I'm thinking about giving this course a try, too. I've been thinking about it for a long time, and some of what I'm reading here makes me think it might be a Good Thing.

The course is good, I think my life is moving in the right direction because of it - and it would probably be moving faster if I REALLY applied myself, something that I find myself not doing as much as I could. I think that would probably be true for a lot of other people here too. We can't expect these courses to do ANYTHING for us - the power lies in us, not elsewhere. The courses are just catalysts and tools to help point us in the right direction. They're valuable, but ultimately I am the one who CREATES.

I did the program twice. The first time was about a year ago. In my perception at the time I thought I actually lost everything that was dear and near to me (including custodudy of my children) that I raised completely alone for 14 years. The kids didn't even know thier father, my house and my business was holding on by a thread.

At that time I did not do the program correctly. I didn't do the writing ie: condition of my creation. One ot the creation was that I declared for myself was wealth.

As a result of this, what I see now which I didn't see then was my children were holding me back. There is only 24 hours in a day and two special ed kids take up a lot of it. ( we get what we ask for) so it's essential to be very clear.

I ended up renting a room for 5 months after I lost my 4 floor house and the condition terrible. I could barely pay my bills.

I did the program again only this time I had the time to follow it. I trusted and most important which Paul repeats again and again is to FEEL THE BEST YOU COULD FEEL, BE HAPPY, GRATEFUL.

With this new world view in a short 5 months, wealth came to me abundantly. I meet a life partner, together we moved into a nice apartment. he is kind and generous. my father bought me a car, my sister paid for me to learn new skills for the business, a client of mine and I were talking and I told her of my website problems. She offered to barter, she created a new website and posted my listing on a number of different sites. My business is so busy I need to hire help.

I also read Ask and it is Given. It is the same concept. We are vibration and if we send out the sensation of lack rather than abundance that is what we attract, such is the Laws of Attraction.

I pass on a habit I developed which it to write a list of 5 things every night that I am grateful for. It could be a warm bed to sleep in, a nice meal, someone warm to sleep with. Find your things everyday and appreciate them. And I promise it will come.

Wow, that's a pretty good review. Wow. I'm happy for you.
