Hi Everyone - this really works.

After an unwanted phonecall from a thoroughly disagreeable person, I used my newly learned skills & the caller reacted by saying 'I'm not getting anywhere by speaking with you' & hung up. WONDERFUL!

By the way, the accompanying paraliminal sessions are excellent.

Regards to you all

Caitie

If you are talking about LSC's Resiliency package I thoroughly agree that the process and CD's are excellent. Reading Al Siebert's book, 'The Surviver Personality' is also extremely useful as is breaking down the character traits associated with becoming resilient. Another excellent source in 'Learned Optimism' and 'Authentic Happiness' by Martin Seligman are also powerful aids.
