I need help , just got the course a week ago, and just finished the CD's. i have been doing the CAP and i am not sure i get it. My qusetion is, during the process, do i just make up numbers of my level of resistance? I have no idea what is is.. I'm afraid i may be totally resisting.. but I dont know how to know. I dont feel any different after the sessions. Please help me understand how the process works, and how to do it..
